Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Clinical Liaison to join our team. The role centers on integrating patient care and clinical coordination while leading program development, implementation and ongoing monitoring between Lumicera Health Services and partner clinics.

You will work with clinical and administrative teams on behalf of Lumicera and SSM Specialty Pharmacy to improve continuity of care and communication between patients, providers and payers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary by department. Hours: 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical and administrative departments to build collaborative relationships for Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurance providers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
• Communicate current prescription, insurance, and financial needs to pharmacists, providers, and clinical staff and patients.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic staff and external contacts including payers, manufacturers, PBMs, and referral providers.
• Uphold all applicable laws and ethical standards; compliance is essential.
• Other duties as assigned.
