Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to help integrate patient care and coordinate clinical programs across clinics and Lumicera Health Services.

The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, coordinating education, and ensuring effective communication between medical staff, pharmacies, insurers, and patients. It requires adherence to laws and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; hours 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to build professional relations for Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve communication.
• Inform pharmacists, providers and staff about current prescription, insurance, and financial needs.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic staff and external contacts including payers, providers and their staff.
• Uphold all applicable laws and high ethical standards; compliance is essential.
• Other duties as assigned.
