Lumicera Health Services seeks a Clinical Liaison to bridge patient care and clinical coordination, shaping programs between clinics and Lumicera Health Services. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and administrative teams and external partners to improve care continuity.

Responsibilities include coordinating education activities, liaising with medical staff, insurers, and pharmacies, and guiding patients through prescriptions, insurance, and financial needs while adhering to legal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Hours of operation are 8am to 7pm Monday thru Thursday and 8am to 6pm on Friday.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Liaise among medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients.
• Explain current prescription, insurance and financial needs to pharmacists and providers.
• Coordinate and support educational activities.
• Interact with clinic staff and external contacts including payers and providers.
• Uphold legal and ethical standards in all duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
