Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Clinical Liaison to join our team and coordinate patient care while leading program development, implementation and ongoing monitoring across clinics and Lumicera Health Services.

The role interfaces with medical staff, pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care, and to support educational activities. The position supports compliance and ethical standards while working with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; typical hours 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical and administrative departments to foster collaboration between Lumicera Health Services and partners.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
• Communicate current prescription, insurance and financial needs to pharmacists, providers and patients.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic staff and external partners including third-party payers and manufacturers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and uphold high ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
