The candidate will work with clinical and administrative teams to improve communication among patients, pharmacies, and providers, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy support preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients.
• Coordinate clinical and educational activities as requested.
• Maintain communication on prescription, insurance and financial needs with pharmacists and providers.
• Interact with clinic staff and external partners while upholding compliant, high-ethics standards.
