Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team. The position focuses on integrating patient care and clinical coordination while leading the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of programs between clinics and Lumicera Health Services.

The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, strong communication with providers, payers and patients, and adherence to high ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours; shifts may vary by department.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Must interact cooperatively and respectfully with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to foster a professional relationship for Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Liaise between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
• Communicate prescription, insurance and financial needs to pharmacists, providers and clinical staff.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic staff and external partners including payers and providers; uphold legal and ethical standards.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
