Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join the team. The role focuses on integrating patient care and clinical coordination while leading development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of programs between clinics and Lumicera Health Services.

The position works with clinical and administrative teams to improve communication among medical staff, pharmacies, insurers, and patients, ensuring compliance with laws and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary; hours 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Friday.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical and administrative departments to foster collaboration between Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
• Communicate prescription, insurance and financial needs to pharmacists, providers and staff.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic employees and external contacts including third-party payers and providers.
• Uphold all applicable laws and ethical standards as a core duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
