Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team. The role focuses on integrating patient care and clinical coordination while leading the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of programs and initiatives between clinics and Lumicera Health Services.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to foster collaboration for Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve continuity of care.
• Communicate prescription, insurance and financial needs to pharmacists, providers and staff.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with klinical staff and external partners while ensuring compliance with laws and ethics.
