Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Informaticist within CenterWell Traditional Pharmacy to design, govern, and scale data products and analytic foundations across claims, membership, marketing, and finance data.

You will lead in Databricks Genie One powered environments, build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, define KPIs and metadata, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive governed analytics and AI-assisted decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, BI, data engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in modern cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience developing complex data transformations.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and curated analytical data products.
• Translate requirements into reusable data models across pharmacy claims, membership, marketing, and financial domains.
• Define and maintain metadata, data sources, definitions, and lineage.
• Encode and govern business logic for KPIs, population rules, and data relationships.
• Integrate disparate data sources while preserving data integrity.
