Job summary

WCG is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to act as a strategic analytics partner across commercial processes. You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluating site potential and historical performance to strengthen proposals and client decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses—site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment feasibility modelling—and presents findings to clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related quantitative field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical research or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with sponsor- or CRO-side pre-sale engagements.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data sources and biases.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify client needs and scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
• Present findings in client meetings and defend methodology.
• Act as SME on data assets and analytical products.
• Author data insights content for proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Design site identification analyses and benchmark operational performance.
• Model enrolment scenarios and clearly state assumptions.
