Job summary

BJC HealthCare is hiring a Clinical Informaticist for a remote role serving MO and IL. The role sits on the Operational Change Analysis team, focusing on integrating clinical science with health IT to improve care delivery.

Epic knowledge is preferred and certification is expected within six months of hire. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of relevant experience, with Project Coordinator experience and strong collaboration across clinical and IT stakeholders to drive standardized workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical informatics or related field.
• Epic Certification (RHB390) required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and design of consistent workflows with clinical stakeholders to promote standardization and adoption of electronic solutions.
• Assist stakeholders in identifying and resolving application issues, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Provide consultative support to stakeholders and IT teams for workflow processes and technical solutions across clinical and IT domains.
• Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to drive efficient decision-making and optimize clinical workflows.
• Provide change management support during integration of new or updated software into healthcare workflows.
