Job summary

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Informaticist to join the Operational Change Analysis team in a remote role based in MO or IL. You will integrate clinical science with healthcare IT strategies to reduce risk and improve care delivery, gathering data to support decision making and adoption of electronic health records.

With limited oversight, you’ll align workflows with policy, support stakeholders, and promote sustainable IT solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator in a healthcare setting.
• Epic knowledge preferred.
• Epic Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Integrate clinical science with healthcare IT strategies to improve care delivery.
• Gather data, form information to drive decision making.
• Coordinate workflow changes with policy and change-management protocols.
• Provide consultative services to stakeholders, application and development teams.
