Job summary

BJC HealthCare is hiring a Clinical Informaticist for the Operational Change Analysis team. This remote role requires the candidate to be located in MO or IL, with Epic knowledge preferred and certification required within six months of hire.

The position emphasizes workflow standardization and effective IT/clinical collaboration. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for a Master's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Epic certification or hands-on Epic experience is preferred and certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Master's degree preferred and Epic Certification (RHB390) noted in preferred requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads the identification and design of consistent workflows with clinical stakeholders to promote standardization and adoption of electronic solutions.
• Assists stakeholders in identifying and resolving application issues.
• Ensures resolution of problems and communicates back with stakeholders to promote sustainable solutions.
• Provides consultative services to stakeholders and IT teams for workflow processes and technical solutions.
• Coordinates workflow changes with system changes, aligning with policy and change management protocols.
• Facilitates cross-team collaboration to improve IT processes and clinical workflows.
