Job summary

Surescripts is seeking a Senior Informatics Clinician to advance patient safety and clinical workflows across a nationwide network. The role partners with EHR vendors, pharmacies, and payers to analyze clinical data and translate insights into real improvements.

You will define data requirements, support AI initiatives, and coordinate projects while communicating clearly with internal and external customers. A clinical background and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline and 5+ years of relevant clinical or informatics experience.
• Experience contributing to health IT implementations, product launches, or major programs.
• Proficiency in clinical data analyses and basic data querying/manipulation with Excel/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in projects that support clinical data quality and workflow improvements.
• Define requirements for capabilities to use clinical data in Surescripts’ solutions.
• Analyze clinical data and communicate results, value, and impact to stakeholders.
• Support senior team members in data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards for ongoing projects.
