Nordic in the US is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to participate in planning, development, and training of clinical systems that impact patient care. You will support deployment, provide on-the-spot technical help, and help optimize workflows across care units.

The role requires clinical background (RN/RT/PT/OT/SLP) with 2+ years of experience, SC license or multi-state license, strong communication, ITIL experience, and proficiency with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited clinical program (RN/RT/PT/OT/SLP) required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Currently licensed as a clinician in SC or holds multi-state license.
• Two+ years of clinical experience with clinical processes.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned service management (Incident, Request, Change).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with application support and documentation.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment of clinical information systems for clients.
• Provide on-the-spot technical support and guidance.
• Develop and test clinical information system content and standards.
• Maintain systems and gather feedback for improvements.
• Foster collaboration with clinical and non-clinical users.
• Maintain proficient use of installed information systems.
• Prioritize client needs and communicate action plans.
• Suggest workflow improvements to enhance care delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel as needed.
