Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Implementation Analyst to lead the execution of clinical strategies across facilities. You will coordinate teams, optimize workflows, and ensure patient care improvements through evidence-based practices.

The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years in clinical settings, and 3+ years in implementation with strong leadership. This is a remote position with significant travel (75%+), supporting nationwide deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years of experience in related clinical and/or implementation with leadership experience required.
• This is a remote role with 75%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, oversight, and act as a consultant to the Implementation team and facility, division, and corporate teams.
• Collaborate with project leadership, business owners, ITG, and other team members to define and develop new functionality to meet clinical needs.
• Lead and participate in developing strategies, plans, tools, and approaches to ensure successful clinical implementation.
• Develop training materials and education plans in collaboration with vendors and project resources.
• Deliver training to division and facility teams and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Lead effective communications among all team members to ensure understanding of needs, expectations, and requirements.
