Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Clinical Implementation Lead for a home-based role with extensive travel (75–100%). You will guide interoperability and connectivity product deployments in hospital settings, coordinating with project managers and clinicians to ensure timely, compliant implementations.

The role requires a BSN or higher, a current nursing license, 4–6 years of related experience, and willingness to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Current active nursing license required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of clinical operations, products, and services.
• Provides clinical leadership to BD customers in the implementation of interoperability and connectivity products.
• Interacts with and supports Project Manager to ensure timely implementations.
• Collaborates with hospital clinicians and EMR vendor to develop workflows, policies, and go-live activities.
• Provides HL7 interpretation and escalation to technical SME when needed.
• Follows up with customers to assess system performance and customer satisfaction.
