Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company based in the United States. This role provides clinical leadership for BD Medication Systems Infusion implementations and supports interoperability and connectivity projects across hospital systems.

You will collaborate with hospital clinicians, EMR vendors, and project teams to ensure successful go-lives, ongoing support, and optimized workflows, with substantial travel and a nursing background.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with active license required.
• 4-6 years in health care related field.
• Acute care hospital experience with informatics or leadership preferred.
• Willingness to travel 75–100%; valid driver's license; minimum 21 years old.
• Immunizations up-to-date as required for customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to BD customers in interoperability and connectivity product implementations.
• Interact with Project Manager to ensure timely, productive implementations.
• Collaborate with hospital clinicians and EMR vendors to develop workflows and policies.
• Offer HL7 interpretation support and escalate to technical SME when appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to assess system, satisfaction, and BD solution value.
