Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of clinical workflows, products, and services.
• Provides clinical leadership to BD customers in interoperability and connectivity product implementations.
• Interacts with Project Manager to ensure timely and productive implementations.
• Collaborates with hospital clinicians and EMR vendors to develop policies, workflows, and go-live activities.
• Provides HL7 interpretation and issue resolution; assists as SME when appropriate.
• Provides follow-up to customers for system assessment, satisfaction, and BD solution optimization.
