Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Clinical and Facilities Coordinator to support NEMT operations. This remote role collaborates with nursing homes, dialysis clinics, hospitals, and other medical providers to maximize scheduling coordination.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate and standard benefits, with emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and compliance across transport requests and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write; basic writing/s memoranda.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e‑mail, and/or database software.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Hospitable, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process transportation requests requiring coordination including obtaining prior authorization and medical necessity forms before transportation begins.
• Document prior authorizations in the client record and upload supporting documentation.
• Educate medical facilities, clients, and case workers on procedures for requesting elevated services.
• Monitor life-sustaining subscriptions to address member no-show issues.
• Modify subscription trips due to holiday closures.
• Review and update location data for names, addresses and drop-off instructions.
• Assist with call queues to ensure service levels are met.
• Adhere to company policies at all times.
• Complete Travel Requests and No Runs/Facility Projects.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
