Job summary

MediDrive is seeking a Facility Coordinator (NEMT). This fully remote role requires up to 25% travel and preference for Colorado applicants.

You will build relationships with clients, healthcare facilities, and transportation partners to support program initiatives and service delivery, reporting to the Facility Manager. Responsibilities include engaging with community organizations, promoting services, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to align outreach with marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Community and Partner Engagement: Conduct regular visits to engage with community organizations, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders to strengthen MediDrive’s network and presence.
• Outreach and Promotion: Promote MediDrive's services by organizing and participating in outreach events, presentations, and informational sessions in the community.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data and feedback from field visits, tracking outreach activities, and reporting insights and observations to the Facility Manager and relevant internal teams.
• Program Support and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of outreach initiatives and special projects.
