Qualifications

• Effective and professional communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease state education and support.
• Deliver therapy education and support to identified customers.
• Enter and validate demographic data into the designated CRM system.
• Adhere to program call guides, training, and quality standards.
• Attend trainings, complete required coursework, and meet timelines.
