Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Clinical Educator in Phoenix, AZ to deliver disease-state education to healthcare professionals and staff in primary care and specialty settings. You will present approved materials, maintain compliance, and travel as needed to support the program across assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is a qualified healthcare professional with a current license, 3+ years in a disease state, and strong communication and training skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Healthcare Professional with current state license (RN or RT preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a specific disease state or related field; respiratory experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience as a clinical educator or in sales preferred.
• Excellent professional communication and presentation skills; ability to train physicians and office staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays; must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth clinical education on disease states and management protocols to healthcare providers.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders through education using approved materials.
• Adhere to compliance, legal, and regulatory standards with materials and discussions.
• Attend local and national meetings or conferences to stay current on program developments.
• Maintain documentation of all office interactions and required reporting activities.
