Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a remote Clinical Educator to educate patients, caregivers, and care teams about disease states and approved indications. You will lead education programs both in person and via webinars, partnering with cross-functional teams to support patient access and engagement.

Ideal candidates hold a US RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of related experience, with preference for rare disease and Biopharma exposure. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Current US RN license required.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• 5+ years of related experience, including supporting patients within Rare Disease.
• 2+ years field-based experience in Biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering results and meeting objectives.
• Knowledge of insurance and payor landscape and US reimbursement process.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary based on program needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver disease state and product education regarding client brands and approved indications to patients and caregivers.
• Educate account nurses and office staff on the Clinical Educator role and service model.
• Serve as a liaison to access teams and partners to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an integrated approach.
• Deliver approved education programs (in person and webinar) to patients and families.
• Refine patient engagement strategy and educational materials to improve awareness and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries with education and support; triage to resources.
• Complete required training and ensure compliance with policies.
• Share advocacy insights with Corporate Affairs teams; contribute to program launches.
