Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Educator who will provide disease-state and product education to patients and caregivers navigating rare disease injectable therapies, using approved materials.

In this field-based role, you will educate nurses and office staff, coordinate with access teams, and collaborate across a cross-functional team to improve engagement and outcomes, including in-person, phone, and virtual visits.

Qualifications

• Current US RN license is required.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• 5+ years of related experience supporting patients in Rare Disease.
• 2+ years field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver disease state and product education to patients and caregivers using approved materials.
• Educate account nurses and office staff on the Clinical Educator role and service model.
• Serve as liaison to access teams to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine patient engagement strategies.
• Deliver education programs in person or webinar and ensure compliance with policies.
• Respond to inquiries and triage to available resources.
• Complete required training and adhere to corporate policies.
• Identify opportunities for regional launch support across disease areas.
