Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a healthcare professional to deliver disease state education and clinical support across primary and specialty care. This role includes in-person and virtual training, travel, and collaboration with office staff to improve patient care.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN or RT license, possess 3+ years in respiratory disease education, and may have pharma/biotech clinical education or sales experience. Expect up to 80% travel and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN or RT license required.
• 3+ years in respiratory disease state or related Feld.
• Pharma/biotech experience as clinical educator or in sales preferred.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual disease state education and engagement calls to patients enrolled in the program.
• Present educational Train The Trainer programs to Healthcare Professionals.
• Travel to educate patients in high-demand areas, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Complete training courses and competency assessments within required timelines.
• Complete administrative duties: daily updates, weekly activity summaries, monthly expense reports.
• Attend local/national meetings to stay updated and share knowledge.
