Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a passionate clinical educator to deliver disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary and specialty care. Travel up to 80% with overnight stays, and deliver both in person and virtual education sessions.

RN or RT with 3+ years in respiratory disease state is preferred; pharma/biotech experience as educator or in sales is a plus. Training and administrative duties will be part of the role, with opportunity for growth and

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist license is required.
• Associate's degree or higher in nursing or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a respiratory disease state or related field preferred.
• Pharma/biotech experience as clinical educator or in sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Present Train The Trainer programs, live and virtual, per client guidelines.
• Travel to areas with highest demand and to educate Spanish-speaking patients as needed.
• Complete training courses, competency assessments, and all administrative duties promptly.
• Manage territories and attend local/national meetings to exchange knowledge.
