Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a Manager of Clinical Education Delivery to lead and strengthen our training programs across the division. You will embed evidence-based practice into curricula ensuring high-quality home care delivery and effective use of the EMR system.

You will collaborate with leadership, support site integrations, mentor clinicians, and develop annual competencies, QA/QI initiatives, and performance improvement plans to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (BSN preferred) or PT license in good standing to practice in the state(s).
• Minimum three years Medicare home care experience.
• Excellent knowledge of home care regulations.
• Effective teaching, on-the-job trainer, or in-service educator skills and experience.
• Oasis certification within the first two years of employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and skills are required.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed.
• Minimum diploma graduate; Associate Degree, BSN, DPT, or other relevant clinical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, expertise, and support in the development and delivery of clinical training programs.
• Optimizes and facilitates clinical training for new site integrations and EMR usage.
• Collaborates with leadership to embed evidence-based practice standards into training.
• Supports peers, mentors, and work coaches with training oversight.
• Participates in clinical program development and training.
• Instructs staff on proper use of clinical software; acts as super user for field staff resources.
• Participates in QA/P.I. activities and development of competency plans.
