Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Manager of Clinical Education Delivery to lead the design and delivery of clinical training programs across the division. You will collaborate with leadership to embed evidence-based practices and ensure staff are skilled to provide high-quality home care.

You will guide training for site integrations, support peer mentors and preceptors, and serve as a super user for clinical software. The role requires travel and a strong background in home care education.

Qualifications

Current RN license (BSN preferred) or PT license in good standing to practice in the state(s).
Minimum three years Medicare home care experience.
Excellent knowledge of home care regulations.
Effective teaching, on-the-job trainer, or in-service educator skills and experience.
Oasis certification within the first two years of employment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer knowledge and skills are required.
Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed.
Minimum diploma graduate; Associate Degree, BSN, DPT, or other relevant clinical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership and support in development and delivery of clinical training programs across the division.
Optimizes training for new site integrations and EMR usage for high-quality documentation.
Develops and maintains clinical training and in-services with leaders across regions.
Supports leaders in training peer mentors, preceptors, and work coaches.
Participates in clinical program development and training initiatives.
Instructs clinical staff on proper use of clinical software and acts as a super user.
Contributes to annual competencies and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities.
