Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Director of Clinical Services to plan, direct, coordinate, supervise and evaluate all clinical services at the assigned facility location. You will align staff with mission-driven goals and ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee documentation, EMR workflows, and performance metrics while promoting staff development, productivity, and teamwork within the branch.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (BSN preferred), in good standing.
• CPR or BLS certification (current).
• Three years of management experience required.
• Two years of home care experience required; one year in hospital nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, direction, coordination, supervision, evaluation and provision of all clinical services.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely clinical records and documentation.
• Guarantee EMR workflow completion and current status for Director and Manager of Clinical Services.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead staff development and coaching to maintain staffing levels and productivity.
