Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Remote Clinical Documentation Documentation Specialist III to ensure complete and accurate medical records for all payors. The role requires RN licensure, BSN or higher preferred, and expertise with EPIC EHR and Clintegrity CDE software.

You will drive CDI across MS-DRG/AP-DRG sets from a remote setting. Responsibilities include collaboration with physicians and coding staff to maximize appropriate reimbursement, educating the care team on documentation

Competenze

• EPIC EHR experience required for documentation workflows.
• Clintegrity CDE software proficiency essential.
• Minimum 5 years as Clinical Documentation Specialist in an acute setting.
• CDI SME for all payors and DRG groups (MS-DRG, APR-DRG, AP-DRG).
• PSI/HAC/HCC knowledge or experience preferred.
