Job summary

Qualifications

• Active certification — CCDS, CHC, CCS, or CPC required.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness and coding integrity.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical notes against standards.
• Annotate documentation against detailed guidelines and provide structured feedback.
• Validate alignment between documentation and assigned codes.
• Contribute input on annotation guidelines and documentation standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.
