Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate enterprise CDI education initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain education materials and training programs for staff and providers.
• Conduct audits of CDI staff queries for accuracy and guideline compliance.
• Mentor CDI staff and onboard new hires through orientation and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with CDI leadership to collect, manage, and report data.
• Provide ongoing education and become a knowledge resource for providers and staff.
