Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develops clinical data reporting and uses analytics to drive improvements.
• Ensures knowledge of coding guidelines and supports CDI leaders.
• Validates CDI quality measures to support accurate metrics and reimbursement.
• Leads DRG assurance efforts with data analysis and reporting.
• Chairs market-level meetings and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develops policies and SOPs; provides supervisor guidance.
