Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. The role emphasizes recurring maintenance and QA checkpoints with pharmacist oversight, in a hands-on operational setting.

This contract, 9–12 months, requires PBM experience, formulary expertise, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Remote work is available with a provided laptop and schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. local time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification active and in-state licensure if required.
• Approximately 2 years experience at a PBM supporting clinical services.
• Experience with mail-order and specialty pharmacy operations, formulary knowledge, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data comparison and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents.
• Resolve drug list and benefit setup questions; prepare client materials.
• Own recurring maintenance and reporting with QA review points.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy through automation and AI tools.
