Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents, resolve benefit setup questions, and prepare client materials.

The role is hands-on and operational, with a 9–12 month contract window and quality checkpoints reviewed by pharmacists. The candidate will work with Medispan, MMIT, and RxLogic platforms, require a CPhT, and have ~2 years PBM experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification.
• ~2 years of experience at a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or prior authorization).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, prior authorization support, formulary lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare drug list data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve clinical drug list and benefit setup questions; prepare and publish coverage policies and client drug lists.
• Establish quality control checkpoints for PA updates and related processes with pharmacist/clinical review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials, including disruption analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools.
