Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and prior authorization documents, resolve questions, and prepare reports for client business reviews.

The role focuses on accuracy and efficiency to support pharmacists and clinical leadership. This contract position, lasting 9 to 12 months, is remote for U.S.-based candidates, with a standard 8-hour shift Mon-Fri, and a pay rate of $20–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with state registration or licensure where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years supporting clinical services at a PBM.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Sync Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit (QL) rules and downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve drug list and benefit setup questions.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports for client-facing materials.
