Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of negotiating contracts or budgets.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.
• Experience with ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute site agreements and budgets across the contract cycle.
• Maintain databases and files for contracts, approvals, and budgets.
• Coordinate with CRM, CRA, CTC, COM-R, and vendors to meet country timelines.
• Lead relationships with investigational sites and SOP development.
• Review and facilitate business approvals for site access forms and policies.
