Job summary

Merck is seeking a contract and budget professional to manage site agreements and related budgets across multiple clinical trials. The role ensures adherence to ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, driving timely execution and quality control.

The candidate will interact with CRM/CTC/CRA teams, develop SOPs, and mentor junior staff, while coordinating with cross-functional functions to mitigate risks and meet country timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least 3 years negotiating contracts or budgets.
• JD degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute site agreements and budgets (CTRA, MCTRA, CDA, MCDA).
• Use budget parameters and escalate non-compliant site issues for review.
• Maintain databases/files for contracts, approvals, and budgets.
