Job summary

Fortrea is hiring Call Center Representatives to recruit volunteer participants for Phase 1 normal healthy volunteer studies. Training is on-site in Dallas for 4 weeks, with remote opportunities depending on needs. Full-time, part-time and on-call roles are available.

You will handle inquiries, schedule screenings, and maintain study information in the system while upholding participant confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• USA HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service or call center.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and place calls from/to potential study participants.
• Enter medical history and demographic information into the database.
• Communicate study information to potential participants.
• Phone screen participants according to study scripts.
• Schedule screening appointments for potentially qualified participants.
• Confirm screening appointments.
• Liaise with screening department for recruitment information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
