Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Clinical Recruitment Specialist in Dallas to attract and engage volunteers for clinical research studies. You will build strong relationships across the Dallas community and coordinate local advertising, outreach, and social media recruitment efforts.

You will create participant-facing materials, support IRB submissions, and partner with site leadership to meet enrollment needs. Travel 10-20% and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in clinical research, recruitment, marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to build relationships, think creatively, and manage multiple recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical studies.
• Coordinate local advertising, outreach, and social media recruitment efforts.
• Create participant-facing recruitment materials and support IRB submissions.
• Partner with site leadership to meet study enrollment needs.
• Build relationships with community organizations and local partners.
• Attend community events and represent the site.
• Monitor recruitment results and budgets.
• Support participant referral and retention initiatives.
