Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to provide training and education on the operation of Radiometer instruments across the Dallas, Texas region. This role supports pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical workflows for customers.

Expect up to 75% US travel, a valid driver's license, and a clinical background with medical device equipment. An Associate's degree with 3+ years (or a Bachelor's with 1+ year) is required, plus proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in hospital or research with medical device capital equipment (Respiratory, Laboratory or similar clinical background) or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the US, including overnight travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge in Microsoft CRM

Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated training product workshops in assigned region through continued education to Radiometer customers.
• Establish routine and continual follow up for current and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction with Radiometer products.
• Collaborate on installations and demonstrations as needed to support Sales and ITS team
