Job summary

United Imaging is seeking an Application Specialist for Digital Radiography (DR) to deliver on-site and remote clinical education, product demonstrations, and system updates across DR platforms. The role emphasizes authentic relationships with customers and advancing imaging workflows.

The candidate will provide on-site education, remote support when not on-site, and collaborate with R&D/CRM to address customer needs, including training courses at customer sites or our Houston HQ and Training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Radiography or equivalent
• ARRT or DR modality certification required
• Experience delivering clinical education and customer training is essential
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the US and work in clinical environments

Responsibilities

• Provide customer training, consultancy and support to improve workflows and clinical practices
• Deliver on-site DR education, demonstrations, and system updates
• Offer on-site and remote application support to resolve customer issues promptly
• Support R&D/CRM processes with customer feedback and troubleshooting knowledge
• Contribute to training course development and coach new employees at customer sites or Houston HQ
• Assist sales with product demonstrations and clinical case presentations
