Job summary

United Imaging - North America is seeking a MR Application Specialist to support the customer service team with onsite and remote training and education, and to help optimize clinical workflows. Successful candidates will demonstrate authenticity and integrity to build meaningful relationships with customers, deliver clinical education, adjust system parameters, and assist in implementing new methods.

This role requires 5+ years radiology experience, strong communication, willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years of radiology technologist/clinical experience plus 3+ years as an application specialist in MR.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver clinical education and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consultancy and support to improve workflows and clinical parameters.
• Deliver remote and on-site applications education and updates.
• Support sales with demonstrations, case studies, and training of new recruits.
• Develop on-site training courses at customer locations or Houston HQ.
• Collaborate with R&D/CRM to address customer needs and troubleshooting.
