This role partners with clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and technical teams to analyze requirements, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and support technology initiatives. Responsibilities include application support, testing, reporting, interface management, user training, documentation, system upgrades, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills while delivering secure, reliable, and effective technology solutions. This is a remote/onsite hybrid position; some onsite work is required.
Analyses business needs, defines requirements, develops solutions, implements, manages, and supports systems. Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires 24/7 on call after-hours support.
