Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of combined IT support experience or equivalent Education.
• Healthcare environment experience required.
• ITIL certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries out systems analysis and provides support for complex medium to large systems across several departments.
• Creates and maintains high quality system, report, and interface test scripts; coordinates user acceptance testing.
• Serves as a customer liaison for assigned business areas and provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems issues.
• Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures; ensures data integrity and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborates with IT professionals to integrate new systems with existing ones; performs updates, patches, and upgrades and evaluates new technologies.
