• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and clinical team on service requests.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations including intake, notification and census roles.
• Assist clinical staff with setting up documents/triage for Clinical Coverage Review.
• Handle inquiries from members and providers; resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
