Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across clinics, homes, and telehealth settings. You will lead assessments, develop measurable goals, and supervise RBTs, collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and educators.

The role requires a BCBA, a Master’s in ABA/Psychology, and at least 2 years of ABA experience with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments to identify priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design, implement, and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methods.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and supervise RBTs.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Provide caregiver training and coaching to support generalization of ABA strategies.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain HIPAA and Medicaid billing compliance.
