Job summary

All Care Therapies is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across settings. The role supports patients through telehealth, in-clinic, home, or school-based environments, aligning with BACB standards.

The position emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and educators, supervision of RBTs/BCaBA, caregiver training, and documentation. A master's in ABA/related field and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments to identify priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver direct ABA services and supervise team members (RBTs/BCaBA).
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators to coordinate care.
• Provide caregiver training and coaching for generalization of strategies.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.
