Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across the lifespan. This role supports care in telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings to meet patient needs.

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by practice state.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design, implement, and modify behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB supervision requirements.
• Provide training, feedback, and professional development to supervisees.
• Conduct regular session observations and ensure fidelity across settings.
